Encor's® portfolio of engineering resins and compounds is unsurpassed in the Australian market. Our product range includes nylon, acetal, PET, acrylic, polycarbonate and polymer alloys, all of which can be customised to your specifications.
In 1987 Engineering Compounds & Resins Pty Ltd or ENCOR® was established as the distribution company for the range of engineering compounds and resins manufactured by Martogg & Company. ENCOR® has grown in size and stature within the engineering plastics market as it has drawn on the production facilities, technical skill, and the research and product development capabilities of the Martogg Group. Our market presence and product success has been achieved by utilising a dedicated technical sales force that has specific and intimate knowledge of the complexities of our vast range of Engineering Compounds and Resins
POM Compounds
Encor’s VYTAL® POM compounds include glass reinforced, flame retardant, impact modified and PBT alloy products that can be specifically colour matched and formulated to meet custom specifications.
Acrylic Resins
Encor is the principal distributor of acrylic resin for the Thailand Company, Diapolyacrylate Company Limited under their trademark ACRYPET® and offer standard grade clear and impact modified grades.
Acrylic Compounds
Encor’s ACRYCAL® range of modified acrylic products include general purpose and high impact grades that can be specifically colour matched and formulated to meet custom specifications.
PBT Compounds
FORTRESS® PBT compounds include glass reinforced, flame retardant, impact modified and PBT alloy products that can be specifically colour matched and formulated to meet custom specifications.
Nylon Compounds & Resins
AMIDENE® nylon resins include a range of PA6 and PA6.6 glass reinforced, mineral reinforced, flame retardant and high impact grades that can be specifically colour matched and formulated to meet custom specifications.
Encor is the principal distributor PA6.6 resin for Ascend Performance Materials (USA) under their trademark VYDYNE®.
Isotactic PP Compounds
Encor’s FORTEX® range of High Isotactic Polypropylenes can be specifically colour matched and formulated to meet custom specifications. Compared with standard polypropylene resins, FORTEX® compounds offer significant improvements in rigidity, heat distortion temperature, tensile strength, surface hardness and processing cycle times typical of engineering resins.
Polycarbonate Compounds
Carbine® PC compounds include glass reinforced, carbon fibre reinforced, flame retardant and UV stabilised grades that can be specifically colour matched and formulated to meet custom specifications.
We also offer a range of PC resin grades suitable for a wide range of end use applications.
Elastomers
Flexene® elastomers are SBS, SEBS or TPV based with range Shore Hardness down to A05 that include UV stabilised and shock absorbing grades which can be colour matched and the Shore Hardness tailored to the custom specifications.
ABS Alloy Resin
Thermalloy® modified Polycarbonate/ABS alloy resins include flame retardant and UV stabilised grades. These grades can be colour matched and the PC: ABS ratio customised as required.
POM Compounds
Encor’s VYTAL® POM compounds include glass reinforced, flame retardant, impact modified and PBT alloy products that can be specifically colour matched and formulated to meet custom specifications.
